Wedding photographs that feel like the day felt. Ten years in, we started in Orange County, California, and now we travel for weddings across the country and around the world: Pacific bluffs, mountain ranches, snowy courtyards and everywhere in between.

The work
How I can help

I.
Wedding Photography
The whole day, from getting ready to the send-off, with portraits timed to the best light.

II.
Photo Booth
An open-air studio booth with real lights and unlimited prints, included in our Signature and Full Day packages.

III.
Elopements & Engagements
Just the two of you, or a few close people, on a bluff or a quiet beach.

The approach
Relaxed, unposed, and present
Most of the day I stay out of the way and photograph what actually happens: the laugh before the vows, the hand on a shoulder, the grandparents on the dance floor.
When it is time for portraits I give you a few easy prompts and find the light, whether that is a cliff at sunset in Laguna, a mountain meadow or a snowy courtyard.

Questions
Where do you photograph weddings?
All over Orange County, from Seal Beach and Huntington Beach down to Laguna Beach, Dana Point and San Clemente, plus inland venues in Irvine, Orange and San Juan Capistrano. We started in Orange County and now travel for weddings across the country and around the world.
When is golden hour for a beach wedding in Orange County?
Golden hour is roughly the last hour before sunset. On the OC coast that is about 7:05 to 8:05 PM in mid-June and about 3:45 to 4:45 PM in mid-December. I plan your timeline so portraits land in that window.
What if the coast is foggy on our day?
The marine layer is common in May and June and usually burns off by afternoon. Overcast light is soft and flattering, so it is rarely a problem, and I always plan a backup spot.
Do you offer a photo booth?
Yes. Our open-air studio booth is included in the Signature package (2 hours) and the Full Day package (4 hours), and it can be booked on its own from $350.
Is an engagement session included?
Yes. Every wedding package includes an engagement session. It is a relaxed way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding.
How much does wedding photography cost?
Every package includes a second photographer and an engagement session. Essential is $2,800 for 6 hours, Signature is $3,900 for 8 hours plus 2 hours of photo booth, and Full Day is $4,900 for 10 hours plus rehearsal day coverage and 4 hours of photo booth. Elopements are $700 for 3 hours, or $1,000 with an engagement session, and photo booth packages start at $350.
How far ahead should we book?
Spring and fall Saturdays fill first in Orange County, so many couples book nine to twelve months out. Weekday dates and smaller weddings often have more room. Ask about any date.
